Packages module
Static and Dynamic Travel Packages
Pre-built packages, dynamically assembled trips and closed group departures — priced, published and booked through the same platform.
Packaging is where travel businesses make their margin, and where most booking engines stop being useful. Aerobit handles both ends: fixed packages you publish and maintain, and dynamic packages assembled from live flight and hotel inventory at search time.
Static packages
Build a package once, with its own itinerary, inclusions, images and tier pricing, then publish it to the channels you sell on. Allocations and blackout dates are managed as your own inventory.
- Multiple package tiers and departure dates
- Closed group tours and fixed departures with managed seat and room allocations
- Series fares and offline inventory attached to a departure
- Inclusions, exclusions and terms held with the package
Dynamic packages
Assemble flight, hotel and extras at search time from live inventory, apply a package-level margin, and sell the result as one price with one booking.
- Components drawn from your connected flight and hotel suppliers
- Package-level markup instead of per-component pricing
- One booking record covering every component
Sell through agents or direct
Packages reach your consumer site and your agent network through the same platform, with different pricing tiers for each if that is how you trade.
Pricing and margin control
Packages are priced as a product, not as a sum of parts. Aerobit applies package-level margin so you decide what the customer sees, while your cost breakdown stays visible internally for reconciliation.
- Per-package and per-tier pricing, with seasonal variation
- Package-level markup instead of per-component markup
- Different prices for direct customers and for agents
- Cost and margin visible to your finance team on every departure
Running the operation behind a package
Fixed departures need operational controls that most booking engines ignore: how many seats remain, when a departure closes, and which supplier commitments are already paid for.
- Allocations for seats and rooms per departure
- Blackout dates and booking cut-offs
- Series fares and offline inventory attached to the departure that uses them
- Departure status visible to sales and operations at the same time
- One package engine for outbound, domestic, inbound (DMC) and Umrah products, with the create dialog and sections following the package type
- Umrah packages with two-city legs, Haram distance and visa details
- Inbound packages with pax bands for group and individual buyers
- Availability and pricing kept with the package, and a promotion feed the storefront reads
- Approval before publishing: the person who builds a package and the person who approves it can be kept separate
- Versions kept for every package
Closed group tours and series departures
Closed tours — umrah groups, corporate incentives, fixed-date leisure departures — are a large part of GCC travel. They behave differently from dynamic bookings: inventory is committed in advance, the group is fixed, and cost is known before the first sale. Aerobit treats them as inventory you own rather than forcing them through a live-search model that was never designed for them.
